I was recently invited to a holiday party for my workplace, hosted by Soirée Vin & was delighted by my experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful display of treats & wine. Our hosts Emina and her partner walked us through multiple tasting rounds of different wines, cheeses, meats & truffles, each with a distinct flavor palette and quick narration of the vineyard, the winemaker, food artisan & why it was chosen for the evening. No round was over explained, rather I felt the space to ask questions, be curious about what Emina guided us to eat & drink & most importantly, I did not leave hungry! The event was tasteful, joyous, perfectly paced & informally educational. I hope to attend another Soirée Vin event in the near future!
Wine and food provisions are included. We provide all necessary materials for your tasting including: tablecloth, wine glasses, placemats, water cups/pitcher, printed menu, bottle opener, wine spouts, ice bucket/ice and trash bags. Set-up, clean up, breakdown and trash removal is included.
We can host up to 12 for a seated tasting, materials included. We can also accommodate 20 for a pouring event.

This experience also offers unique selections of cheese from Formaggio’s kitchen that pair beautifully with each wine. We will journey through the wine flight and pair each wine with a selected cheese. This experience offers a educational aspect to a tasting as well as a fun way to learn how to pair cheese with wine.
